DesktopCastle collects nothing. Your castles stay on your Mac.

What stays on your Mac

Everything you build, save and write: your castles, the clips you cut from them, checkpoints, and any scripts you add. DesktopCastle keeps them in its own folder on your Mac and never uploads them.

The weather

If you ask for the weather in a place, the name you type goes to Apple to find it, and its coordinates go to Apple Weather for the forecast. DesktopCastle never asks where you are.

What we don't do

There are no accounts, no analytics, no ads and no tracking. DesktopCastle does not send anything you do to us or to anyone else.

Files you share

A saved castle is a picture with the castle inside it. If you send one to someone, they get the castle too, and nothing else.
